FLATLEY’S SOUR NO. 43

Ingredients

  • Liqueur 43 -  25ml
  • Lemon Juice -  25ml
  • Cane Syrup -  20ml
  • Egg Whites -  20ml
  • Angostura Bitters -  1 Dash
  • Orange Bitters -  1 Dash
  • Ice cubes
  • Bitters, for garnis

 

Directions

  • In a cocktail shaker, add Flatley Whiskey, Liqueur 43, lemon juice, cane syrup, egg whites, Angostura bitters, and orange bitters.
  • Dry shake the mixture vigorously (without ice) for about 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg whites and create a foamy texture.
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  • Shake the mixture again, this time with ice, for about 10-15 seconds to chill the drink.
  • Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Optionally, garnish the cocktail by adding small dots of bitters on the foam.
  • Serve and enjoy your delicious Flatley Sour cocktail!
