Ingredients
- Liqueur 43 - 25ml
- Lemon Juice - 25ml
- Cane Syrup - 20ml
- Egg Whites - 20ml
- Angostura Bitters - 1 Dash
- Orange Bitters - 1 Dash
- Ice cubes
- Bitters, for garnis
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, add Flatley Whiskey, Liqueur 43, lemon juice, cane syrup, egg whites, Angostura bitters, and orange bitters.
- Dry shake the mixture vigorously (without ice) for about 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg whites and create a foamy texture.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake the mixture again, this time with ice, for about 10-15 seconds to chill the drink.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
- Optionally, garnish the cocktail by adding small dots of bitters on the foam.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious Flatley Sour cocktail!
